Returns & Exchanges

Please contact if there are any issues with your order, we will exchange/return on a case to case basis.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Bracelets that have had links adjusted or removed.

No returns on shirts or customized jewelry. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, you must contact me within 14 days of purchase and we receive the item within 30 days purchase in order to get a refund or exchange. If an item must be canceled please do so within 24 hrs of making the purchase.

Shipping: 

all shipping is done through USPS First Class package unless you select Priority Mail or Express Mail.

Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. (This includes items that have been marked as delivered.) If you’d like to purchase insurance on your package please contact me ASAP.
