About Us

      

We are Emily and Tony Otteson. We own several mines in Central Nevada. Tony is a 3rd generation miner(mining turquoise, white buffalo and variscite.) Emily mines side by side with Tony when she can get away and in the summers when the kids can come with them to mine. Every stone that is turned into jewelry has been mined by us. Several of our mines are famous and well known, such as Apache Blue, Sierra Nevada, Posiedon Variscite, White Buffalo as well as {Royston and Blue Moon are owned by our family} and several others. In the summers we pack up our family of 4 kids and head out mining with the kids. It makes for some great memories for the kids and lets them work with us and learn the process of mining that has been passed down from generation to generation.
