Spiny Oyster & Kingman Turquoise

 Spiny Oyster and turquoise (from the Kingman mine in AZ) is a composite gemstone created by fusing real spiny oyster shell pieces with real turquoise and a bonding agent like resin or epoxy. While the individual materials are genuine and natural, the "Spiny Oyster Turquoise" stone itself is a product of human craftsmanship and is sometimes referred to as "block" or "composite" turquoise.
